The UK PM Has React To The Statement Of Pope Francis Saying Is Wrong Saying People Who Mock Islam Should 'Expect A Punch'

David Cameron the prime minister of the united kingdom has react to the comment Pope Francis made following the Charlie Hebdo massacre. Speaking about freedom of expression and its limit, the Pope said 'you cannot insult the faith of others and if you do, you can expect a punch'.

But opposing what the Pope said, Cameron said freedom of speech is important in an open society;
'I think in a free society, there is a right to cause offence about someone's religion.

I'm a Christian; if someone says something offensive about Jesus, I might find that offensive, but in a free society I don't have a right to wreak vengeance on them. We have to accept that newspapers, magazines, can publish things that are offensive to some, as long as it's within the law. That is what we should defend.'
